Winemaking
Grapes were hand harvested, de-stemmed and gently crushed, pumped over twice daily and aerated daily for flavor and structure. The wine was later matured for 8 months in seasoned French oak, adding complexity and a soft savory oak influence. Through tasting trials, the winemakers chose this final blend for
its best aromatic profile and balanced mouth.
