Vintage Overview
2025 started out very cold with a frost event causing a much lighter crop yield , a
cold spring and cooler wet summer lead to leaner , less ripe fruit profiles.

Winemaking
The grapes were pressed and cold settled for 48h. The fermentation was
done in 2 weeks at temperatures under 65 degrees F. The wine was clarified
in stainless steel tank for 4 months prior to bottling in December 2024.
