Vintage Overview
2024 started out very cold with a frost event causing a lighter crop yield , a cold spring and hot summer led to fruit with higher sugar and acid profiles.

Winemaking
The grapes were pressed and cold settled for 48h. The fermentation was done in 2 weeks at temperatures under 65 degrees F. The wine was clarified in stainless steel tank for 4 months prior to bottling in December 2024.
