Vintage Overview
2025 started out very cold with a frost event causing a much lighter crop yield, a cold spring and cooler wet summer lead to leaner , less ripe fruit profiles.

Winemaking
After harvesting, grapes were top loaded to the press, bypassing the crusher. The juice was cold settled for 48 hours and racked off to the fermentation tank. Specialized yeast strains were selected to enhance aromatics and highlight varietal characters. The different batches, picked from various blocks with their influencing origin, were blended after fermentation to produce this vibrant, crisp and flavorful wine. Bottled Dec. 2025
