Winemaking
The grapes were pressed then racked after two days of cold settling. The fermentation took place at very low temperature, which slowed the fermentation and preserved many of the aromas from the grapes and produced an elegant and complex profile. This was kept for 9 months in tank for clarification, and was bottled in May 2023

Color: Pale straw.

Nose: soft floral and fruit notes. Distinct notes of pineapple and stone fruit.

Palate: Bright, crisp acidity, pineapple and tropical notes with a clean citrus zest finish.
