Vintage Overview
2023 started with a hard spring frost leaving lighter crop yields and secondary fruit. A cooler spring and summer led to less ripe fruit, with leaner flavors and higher acid.

Winemaking
Our Rosé is made by direct press of red grapes. Fermentations take place at low temperatures to preserve
the freshness of the aromas. The different varieties of wines are blended together after fermentation to become the Rosé blend, then it is matured five months on thin lees and bottled in December 2023.

Tasting Notes: Provencal in style, while still bright and fruity with a strong
note of minerality. Hints of crushed berry and herbs.

Cellaring: Such a fresh wine is best enjoyed now, while young and
vibrant, however it will drink well for up to two years.
