Winemaking
Grapes were whole cluster pressed and juice was racked after cold settling (48 hours). The wines were fermented separately by yeast strain in stainless steel. Together, the different strains add complexity to the wine. Aged on lees for 8 months, bottled in December 2024.

Nose : stone fruits, wet slate and tropical undertones, honeysuckle
Palate: bright acidity, leaner than 2023 with lower alcohol and less sweetness but fresh tropical and stone fruit notes.
