2024 produced riper flavors than 2023 due to drier, warmer temps early in the season when rose is
harvested

Winemaking
Our Rosé is made by direct press of red grapes. Fermentations take place at low temperatures to
preserve the freshness of the aromas. The different varieties of wines are blended together after
fermentation to become the Rosé blend, then it in tank on thin lees and bottled in April 2025.

Tasting Notes: Provencal in style, bright and fruity with a light notes of
minerality. Hints of crushed berry and herbs.

Cellaring: Such a fresh wine is best enjoyed now, while young and
vibrant, however it will drink well for up to two years.
